Are you on a digital marketing track?

As a DM Associate, you will support the execution of strategies in any of the following: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Driven Marketing (DDM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). A DM Associate will need to have exposure to and be able to do the following:

• Have relevant experience/internships/exposure to content marketing, web strategy, CRM (email marketing) and/or SEO

• Have an understanding of or exposure to search engine algorithms and ranking methods

• Assist in new activations and media strategy

• Focus on driving brand awareness and the digital consumer journey

• Assist in preparation for team/brand meetings, including monthly reports to the Chief Executive

• Lead your own, individual strategic projects and present their findings & business recommendations to the team.

What kind of support can I expect?

As a Junior DM Associate, you will be given an onboarding and training session that would help you understand the company, it’s culture and the products and services that we offer. You will be supported the Digital Marketing unit to make sure you reach your KPIs.

How about the package?

At a junior level, you can expect a monthly salary of between P22,000 to P25,000. We can very quickly scale this up once we find role-colleague fit. This is a full-time position. Benefits include the following:
