Job Description
- Maintain personal file karyawan (hardcopy & softcopy).
- Melakukan input data baru, updating interface data medical dan absent.
- Menjalankan proses perhitungan gaji, pendistribusian slip gaji, pembayaran gaji, hingga reporting
- Menjalankan proses administratif terkait absensi, cuti, dan sosialisasi program terhadap karyawan.
- Melakukan pelaporan pajak secara rutin.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal pendidikan S1 dengan IPK minimal 3.00 (jurusan Teknik Industri/Manajemen/Akuntansi lebih disukai)
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja, diutamakan di bidang pajak atau payroll
- Maksimal usia 30 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik
