Senior Data Analyst  

• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to support day to day operations of the business
• Translates complex data into information that can be easily understood by the stakeholders
• Provide analytical support and recommendations to the business decision-makers
• Organizes data in spreadsheets and other document types and demonstrates the results of the analysis.

• Proficiency with SQL (TSQL preferred)
• Advanced knowledge in Google sheets. Big plus if having experience with Google App Scripts
• Exposure and experience with a data visualization tool (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience in an analytical, reporting, or ‘insights’ type role.
• BA in Math, Stats, Data Science, or Computer Sciences. Or equivalent.
• Strong solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication; you must be able to ask questions to solve problems, and convey results in meaningful and understandable formats.
• Has the ability to focus on a specific data set for multiple hours at one time
• Ability to validate and interpret large complex data sources
• Strong analytical ability, involving conducting in-depth data analysis and creating insightful reports
• Digital experience using analytics software to gain insights
• Experience in designing, compiling and updating reports and dashboards
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and multiple data sources concurrently
• Understanding of data collection and storage practices, knowledge in HTML, JavaScript
• Fluent in English

Skills:

• SQL: TSQL (preferred), PostgreSQL, HiveQL, MySQL, etc.
• Business Intelligence Tools: Google Data Studio (preferred), Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Sheets: Googlesheets (preferred), Excel, etc.
• Preferably experience with data architecture, or data cleansing/manipulation (e.g. using Python), that is a very huge plus!
