Job Description
- To coordinate with the US (Telos) Sales Team in creating price quotations.
- To provide non-technical information and assistance to all end customers regarding their order placements.
- Sales-related tasks
- Imports Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and submits to the Telos Sales Team.
- Qualifies requests based on client specifications.
- When needed, forwards client requests to the Telos Sales Team for review.
- Requests item price quotation from vendors.
- Verifies all details on the quotation sent by the vendors.
- Checks if the quotation is updated.
- Checks prices and rebates.
- Checks markup prices. o When needed, requests the Telos Sales Team’s approval for price quotations.
- Sends price quotations to customers.
- Ensures that the pricing is correct.
- Ensures that any rebates are included in the quotation.
- Ensures markup prices are correct.
- Updates status of price quotations.
- Maintains records/logs of price quotations prepared.
- Others
- Attends meetings, as required.
- May report on non-regular working hours, as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested and within areas of expertise.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course
- With six (6) months to one (1) year experience as Sales Coordinator or Sales Specialist
- Basic knowledge of internet and IT concepts and practices
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good organizational skills; specifically, with document organization
- Good analytical skills; keen attention to detail
- Good research skills; is resourceful and persevering
- Good presentation skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Good team player; has the ability to work in and with teams
- Strong grasp of corporate values
- Capable of making sound decisions
- Is proactive and capable of self-direction and self-motivation
