Job Description
The Product Management team is the steward of the customer experience at Squadzip, entrusted with preserving and improving the customer experience of our users/customers by providing diligent and compassionate support
Responsibilities:
- Handling of customer support and troubleshooting issues and follow through till eventual resolution.
- Maintenance of customer support and QA related service levels and performance metrics..
- Hanldling of day to day support and Quality Assurance testing..
- Thorough and diligent completion of Quality Assurance testing done.
- Participate in product ideation sessions with customers and internal teams.
- Interface with customers, provide support and gather feedback for new product features, UI and product optimization.
- Be the go-to source for questions regarding, features, troubleshooting and product design philosophy.
