Job Description
Supervision
- Orient new employee on the job duties and store procedures
- Assist in motivating and counseling employee to recommend necessary disciplinary action to erring employee
- Train employee on the job and recommend appropriate for potential employees
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates
- Make suggestions on manpower requirements of the store
- Check attendance of subordinates and prepare work schedule
- Prepare vacation leave schedule of regular employees in consonance with the guidelines of operations
- Ensure compliance to policies on a proper work uniform and grooming standard
- Maintain open line communication to foster a positive attitude towards company goals, presides over staff meetings
Sales Achievement
- Ensure achievement of sales target in assigned store · Selling using probing questions, do suggestive selling
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results
- Monitor local competitors, comparative market research
Customer Service
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service thru product knowledge and customer service training
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products · Handle customer complaints
- Cashiering Management · Perform cashiering function
- Ensure the safety of store funds on hand and daily collection
Merchandise Management
- In-charge of the store display, seeing that products are well represented in accordance with the visual display standard guidelines
- Analyze performance and service level and recommends essential actions for improvement.
- Regularly monitor and manage inventory leads of all SKUs and make the necessary PO for timely replenishment
- Receive deliveries accurately
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other daily store activities
- Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and stock room · Ensure good housekeeping, maintenance, and use of facilities, equipment in the store
- Support management goals, decision, requirements, and expectations ·
- Perform administrative functions
- Perform other related function that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- Experience in sales and customer service for at least 2 years
- Strong selling skills, customer service skills, and work dedication
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience in handling premium brand is a huge advantage
- Able to handle multiple branches
- Amenable to work at SM Fairview
