Creative Director  

A creative director determines the creative vision of a brand or project and manifests that vision through digital publications, production, and advertising. They guide all projects and are responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. They also establish budgets and timelines and manages client relationships.

• Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
• Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
• Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
• Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape.
• Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
• Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
• Develop exceptional and well-crafted output that meets the company’s requirements.
• Meeting with and creating designs for clients or marketing departments
• Presenting work to clients and making changes to a project’s direction as needed.
• Keeping projects on budget and deadline.
• Performs all other tasks and projects as may be assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphic Design/Marketing/Communications and other relevant fields
• At least 4-5 years experience as a Creative Director
• With experienced in handling creatives and design
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Superb leadership skills and collaborative spirit
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
