Job Description
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and suggest/perform corrective or preventative maintenance actions on issues of IMS/VoLTE solutions & products reported by customers.
- Provide in depth investigation of critical escalated issues, and root cause analysis
- Create and maintain customer relationship on a day-to-day basis, e.g., communication, information gathering, operational review, escalation and reporting. Provide appropriate follow-up to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or Software Technology or any related courses
- 7+ year experience with Work Exposure in SIP, IMS, SBC, MRF, DNS, PCRF, BMC and DIAMETER
- Good understanding of telecommunication
- Good work Exposure in SIP, IMS, SBC, MRF, DNS, PCRF, and DIAMETER
- Knowledge of agile methods, JIRA, Rally
- Experience of handling teams involved 2G/3G/4G deployment.
- Hands-on experience on fALU/fNokia IMS Products is an advantage
- Strong communications skills to interact with customers and internal organizations (like project management, solution team, Technical support, R&D etc.)r
