Job Description
The Inventory Auditor is responsible for ensuring data regarding inventory is accurately reflected in the company’s accounting system. The auditor accomplishes this by reviewing outgoing and incoming inventory documents, conducting physical inventory counts with the warehousing team, generating department audit reports, and reporting on errors found.
Job Description
- Checks system records’ accuracy against source documents and vice versa.
- Reviews and reconciles variances.
- Conducts weekly inventory counts for specified items.
- Generates audit reports to stakeholders.
- Monitors disposal of BOs.
- Measures performances of inventory personnel.
- Lends support for any company/department-wide projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, fresh graduates are welcome to apply; accounting background is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Has good analytical and reasoning skills
- Detail-oriented
- Organized and timely with his/her work
- Can work unsupervised
- Takes initiative and is eager to learn
