Content Operations Analyst  

We are looking for a highly organized person to join our growing content operations team. This team is responsible for uploading content and photos to websites, tracking shares and readership of our articles, and managing email communications with contractors who we feature.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and operational skills. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with WordPress/content management systems and have a great feel for operations and managing workflows. The best candidates will be eager to analyze and improve our strategy and processes as well.

Responsibilities

• Upload articles and images to WordPress
• Manage content distribution to online channels
• Manage automation tools relevant to content publishing
• Update and maintain project reports
• Liaise with Writing and/or Research Teams to ensure consistency in content

• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding time-management skills and adept at setting priorities
• Fast learner and self-starter - takes the initiative to proactively solve problems
• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Familiar with basic CRM software and Google Suite application, particularly Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of WordPress or content management desired
• Experience with client-facing email outreach and management, preferably within the U.S.is a bonus.
• Willing to be in the night shift (Fixed weekends and PH holidays off)
