Job Description
Your Opportunity
As the Head of Business Turnaround Services Business Process Automation team, you will lead in the delivery of technology and automation solutions to streamline, digitally transform, and improve the output of our SME clients’ business processes and systems. In addition, you should be able to optimize and/or integrate clients’ software platforms to enhance productivity. Your team will be responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of projects from user requirements analysis and gaps assessments, evaluation of alternative solutions with recommendations, execution, and handover. You and your team will liaise directly with our clients and drive through different stages of the engagements.

Our Parent Company, Business Turnaround Services Australia (BTSA), specialises in Changing Clients’ Lives by transforming and growing PHP100M-PHP2,500M turnover businesses across Australia, and turning Business Owners into Businessmen and Business Women on short and medium-term contracts which often extend to years. We make accessible a full range of professional services, including marketing, accounting, process automation, and managed IT, to the SME market in Australia. BTSA adopts a whole of business approach focusing on Financial, Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions of each business in its portfolio, but driven by target net profit margin. BTSP was established as a service provider to BTSA and to its clients.
Your role will include:
- Identify opportunities to drive productivity and operational excellence through end to end automation of clients’ businesses.
- Continuously assess sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients, and deliver sales proposals to our sales team.
- Facilitate teamwork and create a collaborative environment to foster ideas
- Provide practical recommendations to solve client problems and to deliver tangible results
- Develop and maintain (internal and external) project, process, and procedural documentation
- Undertake detailed data analysis to support performance improvement opportunities
- Deliver transformation and process improvement projects within a specified time frame
- Define business problems and develop solutions that challenge the way things are done
- Review and document client systems and provide recommendations including software selection based on functions and overall business needs
- End-to-end processes assessment, redesign/optimization, and implementation
- Be the subject matter expert in automation transformation projects, technologies, and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications

This role requires you to have the following skills:
- Passion for digital transformation of businesses in the P100M to P2.5B turnover range
- Proven Project Management capabilities
- Proven experience working in a processes and systems transformation capacity with a client facing role; work experience with an international clientele is a plus
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems
- Proven leadership experience in managing direct reports and project teams
- Extensive experience in transformation projects delivery (Agile and Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of business structure and operations
- Strong experience in leading and facilitation of workshops with a wide range of stakeholders up to Executive level
- Outstanding oral English and written communication and presentation skills
- Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications
- Skills in data analytics/science and tools (e.g., PowerBI); expert level skills and experience in MS Excel
- Ability to work within tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, delivering high quality outputs with strong attention to detail
