Job Description
- Monitor the transmittal of documents
- Record and update the databases
- Ensure cancellation and superseding of old documents
- Responsible for the preparation of notices related to occupancy
- Assists in the preparation of occupancy permit/checklist/water contract
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Business Administration or Office Management.
- Computer literate and must have good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in customer service and has a background in construction.
- Amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas.
