Job Description
- Memasarkan produk dan jasa top up kredit pada calon debitur,
- Membina hubungan baik dengan calon debitur,
- Mengelola debitur yang ada serta mengembangkan referral dari existing debitur,
- Mengevaluasi kondisi kualitas debitur (portofolio kredit, usaha, agunan), termasuk monitoring aging tunggakan,
- Melakukan penagihan (desk collection dan kunjungan) atas angsuran kredit,
- Membuat dan melakukan Rencana Tindak Lanjut pada debitur bermasalah.
Minimum Qualifications
- Berusia maksimal 35 tahun,
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Relationship Manager (diutamakan yang berpengalaman di Perbankan),
- Pendidikan minimal D3,
- Memiliki relasi yang luas,
- Berorientasi pada target dan penjualan kredit,
- Memahami produk & layanan retail banking,
- Mimiliki SIM A/C,
- Memiliki kendaraan bermotor,
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan.
