- Responsible for responding to chat messages of customers regarding technical or functionality inquiries.
- Probe and ask the right questions to diagnose the problem properly.
- Express oneself concisely and clearly using chat messaging or email to ensure instructions are understood clearly by the customer or user.
- Raise appropriate tickets for issues that need next level technical assistance.
- At least 2nd-year college undergraduate / High School or SHS graduate
- Good command of the English language
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience (CSR or TSR)
- Knowledge in troubleshooting of gadgets like mobile phones, laptops and notepad
- Computer literate with typing speed of 40wpm
- Willing to work on a rotational shift
- Flexible on work arrangement - can work from home and work onsite in Commonwealth (must have an internet connection of at least 10mbps)
